Prevent having to search through paper records

The Yuki digital archive is the place where all documents are stored after they are provided to the accounting system. You can save documents in various files and also use tabs to organise them. The grey files symbolise financial folders with documents such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, and pay slips. Coloured files house non-financial documents such as rental contracts, insurance policies or correspondence. In short, all of your documents are housed by the archive; a paper archive is no longer necessary.
